Superb 32" TV with a fantastic picture quality. This is not 4k but plays many YouTube videos in 1080p which is a superb quality picture compared to LG that only seems to play video in 720p. All streaming channels are of a lovely quality as well as the Sky Puck I have on HD stations. Brilliant little TV and I was not disappointed.

Good picture quality. Setup is pretty streamlined. However I cannot stand the backlight issue where it bleeds onto the screen. It’s very noticeable in a dark room when the image is supposed to be black. I own a similar model in 55” without the same issue. I wouldn’t buy this model again.

Very disappointed with this purchase. We bought the 32" Q50A QLED to replace the 5 year old TV in the conservatory as thought the QLED was supposed to be a lot better. During the day and in bright sunlight, I have compared both TVs running next to one another and there is hardly any difference. There is a marginal difference in colour with the Q50A having very slightly more colour. We have not even had the TV for 48 hours and are already considering sending it back.

It's an ok TV but disappointingly for a "SMART" TV the PVR functionality (which also includes live pause etc) and was standard on my previous model 7 years ago has been value engineered out of this TV. Probably my fault for not researching properly, but Samsung do not make it easy. The "specifications" when you eventually find them are so bloated with marketing technobabble that it is really hard to see what's going on and even if you can find the relevant disguised section the answer is N/A rather than NO

Really disappointed with this TV. It looks amazing and is very thin, just what I was after. BUT it is preloaded with all sorts of rubbish apps and adverts. The sound is OK, but too deep for my liking and you cannot adjust the levels. The picture is smooth but the colours look out (green tinge) and dark areas are really poor, almost like the brightness is too high although it’s been reduced down to 10%. There’s also a very annoying light bleed around the edges, more noticeable when screen is dark or watching movies. This is not a cheap TV and I expected much better from Samsung, my previous 8 year old 32 inch Samsung which this replaced (backlight failed) was far superior. I will be taking this back for a refund.

I have a small living room so the 32 inch screen is ideal for the space. I’m 70 years of age. It was easy to set up the actual tv but complicated to attach to my tv box offered by my WiFi provider. No instructions apart from how to add the legs to the tv were included. I had to use my computer to link the apps which are included in my tv provider’s package. The most frustrating thing for me ,despite going online was to register my tv for a 5 year warranty guarantee. Impossible to read the serial number on the back of the tv. Still haven’t been able to register the date of purchase! Having said all this, the picture, sound and colours are excellent. I haven’t bought a soundbar as the tv speakers are sufficient.

I bought this a few weeks ago, for my caravan. I previously have read some of the negative comments. And to honest I have not experienced any of these issues. I have a Samsung 50" QLED and there is no difference in image quality. The only negative is the price, however saying that you get what you pay for, and there are not that many 32" tvs out there with the image quality. In my opinion it is a very good telly to buy for a niche market I.e. caravan, motorhome, bedsit or bedroom. One last comment it is a very good tv for picture quality, don't believe all the reviews, my advice is to research the product and has I found, it is exactly what I needed.

I was looking for a TV for my mother to replace her small 32 inch TV. There are a few out there, but we have always had problems with the sound as most TVs this size have audio that is lacking. The Audio on this TV is really good and the quality of picture is very nice. It has lots of additional apps you can use which are quick and easy to find. It comes with 2 remotes. I e is your standard remote and the other allows you to perform voice commands and its easily rechargable using the built in solar panel or by using a usb type c charger. All in all I would recommend this TV if you want a small TV with good picture and sound

I received this TV yesterday. The picture quality is really good but I do think QLED is overhyped, initial set up is simple enough but a little time consuming. You can log on to any of your streaming services using a QR code. The apps can be a little slow to load at first but once all set up there are no issues. Total first time set up including logging into all streaming services took around 1hr30 mins. I have read other reviewers commenting on the sound. I personally think the sound quality is amazing and I am very pleased with it. If you are planning on fitting this to the wall be aware that this TV requires M4 19-22mm mounting bolts and the VESA spacing is 100 x 100. Samsung gave me conflicting information on this I did eventually find it in the quick set up guide. It is not easy to find these bolts and the vast majority of brackets do not come with this size of bolt. It has caused me alot of hassle and I ended up having to purchase a bracket from a specialist company. I think this is something to be aware of before purchasing. Other than that it is a great TV with plenty of great features.

3 replacements All with the intermittent fault that there was no sound when you switched on using the remote. The only remedy was to unplug and reboot TV. Final replacement was a Sony which works fine

bought this online as shops only supply 60hz sets and terrestrial broadcast in uk is 50! or a multiple of that 100. I have had 60hz dvd players and they judder,ALL Shops sell 60HZ products, ridiculous ,but there you are! Bought this from Amazon UK and it is a 100HZ set, great images, plenty of detail and smooth natural motion even with my dvd.UK Terrestrial tv is broadcast at 50hz (576i = two frames of odd lines & even lines x25 =50) not 60 as retailers would have you believe!maybe Netflix is 60hz but the default should be 50HZ or100HZ,OK

I purchased this TV a month ago and I am very pleased with it on the whole. Built in freesat and freeview plus smart features and samsung internet tv. It has a great picture and sound quality and nice slim build quality with easy to use functions. After trying a few other brands this Samsung is by far the best 32inch on the market. I am personally living in a caravan so 32inch is the biggest I could go for due to space but the other brands I tried first I ended up taking back for a refund due to poor quality pictures but the Samsung has a nice bright clear to see image. I love the smart remote too once you know how to use it, very sleek and solar charges itself so no battery worries. All in all I have no negatives to say. Great job samsung

This TV is perfect for our mid size kitchen/breakfast room. Picture Quality is very sharp and sound Quality excellent even in the working area of the kitchen which is 5m away from where the tv is mounted on the wall. Picture and sound settings have multiple settings to get it just right. We are very pleased with this TV so far.

I bought this just over three week ago to replace my older Samsung TV. I am really pleased with it. The picture for me is clear, sharp and the colours are to my taste. The sound has to be turned up to 18 for me but that is ok. I replaced my older model as it didn’t have Bluetooth whereas this model does. I am now able to use my headphones to listen to the tv without disturbing the rest of the house and this was one of the reasons for me to purchase the newer model. I do have to keep reconnecting them but….no great hassle. The legs are plastic so not as strong as the metal on my previous one but…do there job. It found my wifi signal and connected to our internet fairly easily. Only given 4* overall due to the sound quality and cheaper looking feet.i would recommend this Samsung 32” QLED.

I have the Samsung serif tv and it’s brilliant so I bought this to replace another brand assuming it would be great. Picture in shop looked great, in reality it’s no different to my previous one. The controller is charged or solar powered only it never charges, only to press one button and then dead again. No screws included to attach to a wall bracket Si you have to find the right size for Dow if if tv and order. Dreadful purchase wish I hadn’t wasted my money

Bought this as a replacement for a previous Samsung 32" TV that had failed. Very disappointed to find it does not have a pause live TV or record facility using an external USB drive like my previous 6 year old TV. Sound is very strange and the picture is very dark using the default settings. Also a pain not having a single leg stand as the legs are too far apart to revolve it around on my TV cabinet to view from another position.

Purchased this in December and although it was easy to set up I am disappointed by the sound quality and colour. We have to change the volume either up or down on every channel so is really annoying. Will try now purchasing a sound bar but this is an added expense not expected. Reason we purchased in the 1st place was Samsung has a good reputation and our old TV the sound was starting to go.

We needed a new 32" TV for our kitchen. It had to be this size to fit in an existing recess and there aren't many on the market that offer the smart features we wanted. Very little to comment on, except to say that it's worth investing a bit of time in setting up the basics as you want them, such as how to stop it starting up to always show Samsung TV, which needed a bit of on-line research.

In comparison the old tv had text, this doesn't, the old tv worked perfect with my aerial, This one needed a booster, The old Samsung was a solid sturdy tv, In comparison this one was very light and flimsy. I'm glad I have because the picture is very clear and also the sound is better as well. My only negative thing is the remote is smaller than it used to be, smaller buttons. On screen menu is not as good as the old one either. But functions are good.

I've had this TV for about 6 months now to replace a 15 year old TV at my parents house. Took me about 30 minutes to set up and connect to Sky. My father is 80 years old and he has commented on how clear the picture and sound is. I have not complaints as it's lighter and easier to move than the last TV. The only negative is the unremovable apps, the Universal Guide is unhelpful and takes up a lot of space. I suppose some folk might find it useful but it would be good to ne able to hide it.

The picture is poor, too dark and not sharp on resolution. It doesn't come with Freeview which to be fair, it doesn't list in its features, but with Samsung it isn't possible to upload it separately. For the money the product is poor, I've been trying to buy a suitable ariel to get terrestrial channels. I regret buying this product.

Having owned Samsung QLED tv's previously and needing one for the bedroom there was no hesitation buying another. The 32 inch TV is compact and light, has a great picture and the contrast ration is excellent as all QLED tv's have been in my opinion. Sound is OK, not great, but this will go through a stereo system so not an issue.

Leaving on standby sometimes results in a loss of sound, needing a turn on and off at the plug. I took the first one back hoping it was a one off - second one does it too

I manovoured the guide button and found the channels and wanted to find the golf masters event but only listened tio the last five holes. I found samsung button, ,but failed to locate the live program for the masters.The chojce of channels when yoy press return to start is confusing!e

had to return the TV as the sound went after a week and it was impossible to tune the TV channels despite buying an amplified aerial. Quality and appearance is not great as it resembles a PC monitor and would imagine you will find better TVs for the money

I did read the reviews prior to purchasing and people did say it is dark on some shows , I’ve had to do a lot of tweaking. It’s definitely not as I expected for the price I thought I would have been blown away .

Bought based on the fact QLED was meant to be top quality for half the price of OLED. The picture is so dark, thought we have to just live with it but it's awful. The picture quality is fuzzy too on live tv.

Great QLED picture, not many other options similar in 32inch size. Stand legs at edge of screen so not suitable for small tables. Was able to purchase separate central base from 3rd party which works well.

Bought it to replace a full HD TV in the bedroom. Very surprised at the improvement. Much better definition and colours. Drawback is the Multiview which is extremely limited especially for iPhone users
