A. Do I have an eligible purchase?
Between 2/28/20 and 12/31/22, if you purchased a qualifying Samsung TV, from a participating BJ’s Wholesale, Costco, or Sam’s Club, then you may have an eligible purchase. Qualifying models include: QN82Q6DTAFXZA and QN75Q8DTAFXZA.
B. What is the Offer?Purchase a qualifying Samsung TV (qualifying models: QN82Q6DTAFXZA and QN75Q8DTAFXZA at full retail price between 2/28/20 and 12/31/22 from a participating BJ’s Wholesale, Costco, or Sam’s Club and receive a digital code for 6 months of Showtime, subject to a valid receipt and offer claim form. This Offer is available only at participating retail locations.
C. When can I expect my Showtime digital code?If your submission meets the Official Terms & Conditions requirements you will be emailed your Showtime digital code at the time of approval of Offer claim submission and valid receipt (please allow 2 weeks for review of your Offer claim from the time of claim submission), while supplies last.
D. How do I redeem this Offer?
- Purchase a qualifying Samsung TV (QN82Q6DTAFXZA and QN75Q8DTAFXZA) at full retail price between 2/28/20 and 12/31/22, from a participating BJ’s Wholesale, Costco, or Sam’s Club and save your receipt.
- Visit https://www.samsung.com/us/shop/promotions/showtime-promotion (“Website”) to access the online registration form.
- By March 31, 2023 complete and submit the Offer registration form by following the on-screen prompts to provide the required information including but not limited to: participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address and telephone number. Participants will not be allowed to change their mailing address or email address after submitting.
- Provide date of Qualifying Purchase, TV Model & Serial Number and upload a photograph of the original register receipt(s) showing the Qualifying Purchase by March 31, 2023. The files must be in .JPEG, .JPG, .PDF, .PNG, or GIF format and may not exceed 12MB.
E. Can I submit for more than one qualifying purchase?
There is a limit of one (1) Offer Item per person/qualifying purchase.
F. I bought the Samsung TV from a non-participating retailer, am I eligible for this Offer?No, only purchases from a participating retailer are eligible for this Offer.
G. I previously bought a qualifying product from a participating retailer, can I still participate in this Offer?No, only Samsung TVs purchased between 2/28/20 and 12/31/22, from a participating Costco, Sam’s Club, or BJ’s Wholesale are eligible for this Offer.
H. What information do I need to submit?You must have your receipt in hand to fully complete the submission process. Once you have receipt, follow the prompts and complete all required forms on https://samsungpromotions.com/Showtime to complete your submission.

J. I lost my receipt/proof of purchase for the Samsung TV purchase; can I still participate?No, a valid receipt/proof of purchase is mandatory for participation in this Offer.
K. What happens if I don’t submit my information online by March 31, 2023?You will no longer be eligible for the Offer.
L. What happens if I’m having problems submitting my claim?
If you are unable to complete an Offer Claim Form due to an error, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
M. How can I check the status of my claim?
After you receive your registration confirmation email, you may visit https://promos.samsungpromotions.com/info/checkstatus to check your status. Follow the instructions to see your status. Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting your Offer claim before checking the status of your submission.
N. I submitted my information but I haven’t gotten an email confirmation in 5 business days. What do I do?
- Please be sure to check your Spam folder (emails will be sent by email@example.com)
- If you still have not received an email, please take a look at your submission status by following the instructions under “How can I check the status of my submission?”
- If there hasn’t been an update to your status within 10 business days, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
O. What is my course of action if I am rejected?
You will receive an email with why you were rejected and steps to resubmit. Resubmissions must be completed before 11:59:59 PM ET on April 7, 2023. If you don’t receive this email, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
