We're sorry to hear that you're having issues talking to Alexa, and we'd love to help with this. We'd initially recommend a power cycle of your TV and router. To do this, unplug them at the plug socket and wait for about 30 seconds or so before plugging them back in and turning them on. Check for available software updates at Settings > Support > Software update > Update now. If the above doesn't resolve the issue, remove and reinstall the Alexa app from your TV, log back in, and it should now work as expected.
