It's annoying that customers are resulting into buying fake filters because of Samsungs lack of stock. Do not sell products that need replacement products if you can't keep up with supply. I should have looked into this before buying Samsung fridge.

Like another person in the reviews below, I bought this fridge around 2 years ago and it looks from this page that samsung have discontinued the filter and left with no replacement. Your ice or water dispenser will not work without a filter replacement every 6 months. My advice find a brand with more universal fittings for water filters because Samsung will corner you into buying a huge expensive fridge that will only last 2 years.

It is concerning that the filter is no longer available for the fridge and we are required to purchase a replacement filter elsewhere for £70. There are so many fake filters sold as I got caught out. If the filter is unavailable you need to consider refunding or offering a replacement as the appliance then is not functional as water / ice can’t be filtered
