The postal service

Our support team can arrange for a postal repair service, where your mobile or tablet will be collected by a courier on your preferred date or next business day. If you're not in, you can re-arrange the collection or receive packaging so that you can send it to us at your convenience through an access point. Once we have it, it will be inspected and you'll be contacted with a quote for the repair. As soon as it's repaired, it'll be sent back to you.
