“Something weird will catch my eye
and then turn into something magical.”
Victoria Siemer, AKA @witchoria, is a visual artist who captures and creates surreal photo manipulations that she shares with her 375K+ following across Instagram, Facebook and Tumblr.
With New York City as her backdrop, Victoria brought up-and-coming photographer and SVA student Jinsil Lee, inside her process. She showed Jinsil exactly how she weaves together technology and art to create her levitation portraits, folded landscapes and geometric reflections. From field to post, all they needed was a tripod and their Galaxy Note9.
Surrealism in the City
Levitations. Folded city scapes. Geometric reflections. Victoria and Jinsil captured, then
manipulated the city using just their creative visions and their Galaxy Note9.
