What is Smart View?
Smart View a method of mirroring your phone to a TV through Wi-Fi. You can see your favorite photos, videos, presentations, and games on a larger screen.

If, when using Smart View, the content is shown on your mobile device but not the connected TV it may be that the graphics-related settings are applied incorrectly (this can happen when playing DRM content). To resolve this issue, turn your phone off and then on again and try with Smart View again.
Note: DRM (Digital Rights Management) is a way to protect the copyright of digital media.
If the above methods do not work, you may bring your device back to factory default settings just like when you powered on your device for the first time. Please note that factory resetting a mobile device is not reversible. Please make sure all your information is saved to a backup somewhere else before attempting to reset your phone.
Step 1. Go to Settings > General management.
Step 2. Tap on Reset > Factory data reset.
Step 3. Scroll down the page and select Reset.
