How to send the feedback in Samsung Galaxy S8+(SM-G955)?

Navigate to Apps → Samsung Folder → Samsung Members → SUPPORT → Send Feedback → Ask Questions → Select Category → Type query → ATTACH FILES → SEND

a). From home screen, swipe up to launch Apps.

b). Tap Samsung.

c). Tap Samsung Members.

d). Tap SUPPORT.

e). Tap Send feedback.

f). Select the Category. For example, tap Ask questions.

g). Scroll up the list to view more options.

 

. 

 

h). Select the category. For example, tap Slow device.

 

. 

 

i). Type your query related to selected category.

 

. 

 

j). You can also attach screenshots related to your query. To do so, tap ATTACH.

k). Tap Gallery.

 

. 

 

l). Tap Gallery.

 

. 

 

m). Choose the Screenshot.

 

. 

 

n). Tap DONE.

o). Tap SEND.
