What to do if Youtube Application is not working in Samsung Mobile Device?

If Youtube application is not working in your device, follow these steps:

1 Restart your device and test the App again
2 Check your internet connection by tapping Settings > Connections > Wi-FI

If you are connected to Wi-Fi network but no access to internet, it could be due to problem with router. Contact your ISP for further assistance
3 Update the Operating System to the latest

If your OS is not updated, install it and check if the problem has resolved
4 Clear the App’s cache and data by tapping Select > Apps > Youtube > Storage > Clear data or Clear Cache
5 Delete the App and reinstall again
5 Update the App if there is a latest version
